INFORMATIONS

Before booking, take 5 minutes to read the conditions and information on the services that Sirimagus holiday farm provides:

TERMS OF BOOKING

A minimum stay of 3 days for the bedrooms, and one week for the apartments is requested.

On Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays the evening meal is not available. Therefore on these days, guests will use B&B.

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit of 30% of the total amount has been received through bank transfer.

A deposit of 100 euros is requested at check in for the apartments, to be paid on arrival. This deposit will be refunded, subject to inspection of the condition of the apartment, within 30 days of departure.

The cost for cleaning at the end of your stay is fixed at 50 euros.

The completion of payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit card (with the exception of American Express).

From the moment the booking is accepted, a cancellation by the client (except for specific agreement) the following cancellation penalties will be applied:

  • Up to 15 days before the date of arrival no penalty will be applied;
  • From 14 to 5 days before the date of arrival a penalty equal to 30% (value of the confirmation deposit) of the entire holiday booking will be charged;
  • From 4 days before the date of the arrival a penalty equal to 100% of the entire holiday will charged;
  • In the event of a “no show” or an early departure a penalty equal to 100% of the entire holiday booked will be charged to your credit card.

In the event of an early departure the deposit will be with held.

In the event of a booking for more than one apartment by a group of families a deposit will be requested for each apartment or room. For multiple bookings, the same rules for cancellation described above under “SANCTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS” will be applied.

Children up to the age of 2 do not pay. Children from between the ages 2 and 10 pay 50%.

SERVICE CHARTER

Lorella and Gianni are there for you for all your needs, ready to resolve any problems that may arise during your stay. You can speak to them for all kinds of advice or explanation about tourist information regarding the area, the local events and anything else.

Bookings can be made by phone or online. We will engage to reply within 24 hours of your request

Cancelled bookings will be subject the following penalties:

  • Up to 15 days before the date of arrival no penalty will be applied;
  • From 14 to 5 days before the date of arrival a penalty equal to 30% (value of the confirmation deposit) of the entire holiday booking will be charged;
  • From 4 days before the date of arrival a penalty equal to 100% of the entire holiday will be charged;
  • In the event of a “no show” or an early departure a penalty equal to 100% of the entire holiday booked will be charged to your credit card.

The check in is between  4 pm and 10 pm. In the event of arrivals at different times to those indicated, you are requested to inform us in advance. We request a valid personal document.

Check out is between 8 and 11 am. In the event of needing to stay longer, you can make arrangements beforehand to allow us to run our activity depending on availability.

Breakfast is served in the dining room with an Italian service, between 8 and 10 am.

Housecleaning will be carried out if the room is free by 11 am. Housecleaning between 11.00 and 13.00 and between 15.00 and 17.00. Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen once a week. The bathrooms are supplied with a biological courtesy set and a hairdryer.

Wi-Fi internet connection is free.

For your safety, door keys are not replicable, it they are lost you will be charge the price o of replacing the lock. The management is not responsible for the theft or loss of articles left unguarded inside the rooms.

The car park is not guarded, there are no particular risks, but we do suggest you lock your cars.

The communal areas available for the guests is the spacious porch and courtyard with chairs and tables

In the respect of all guests:

  • You are requested to behave in such a way as to respect other people’s quiet and relax;
  • You are requested to respect the environment, the facilities and the furniture in the holiday farm;
  • You must respect the ban on smoking inside the rooms;
  • You mustn’t use extra heaters or flames inside the rooms.

INTERNAL RULES

  • On arrival all guests are requested to present an identity card and to complete necessary procedures;
  • The final payment for your holiday is to be paid the day before your departure;
  • Delayed arrival and advance departure do not entitle you to any refund;
  • After 24 hours delay of the designated arrival, if no form of communication is received, the management will consider itself authorized to cancel the booking;
  • Loud noises, radios, car radios, televisions are strictly forbidden;
  • Silence is to be respected between the hours of 3 and 5 p.m.. Those guests who do not respect these rules, or who question them and by so doing disturb the peace with be sent away from the holiday farm;
  • The car park is unattended;
  • No complaints will be taken into consideration if they have not been communicated before departure with a signed receipt or by registered mail.
