DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOM
The Libeccio room can host 2 people, it is the ideal solution for couples or lone travelers. The room, situated in the main building of the holiday farm, offers a double bed, a bathroom which is also accessible for disabled people and a variety of services such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a fridge. The ceiling is made from chestnut wood beams and the floor is earthenware tiled. The room offers a view of the garden and the fruit orchard. The buffet breakfast is included in the price and it is possible to book half board which includes the evening meal in the price.

An abundant buffet breakfast is offered in the dining room every morning between 8 and 10 am. Breakfast is included in the price.

The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, bidet, shower, wash basin and biological courtesy set and Set are provided
Linen
The bedroom is supplied with bed linen and towels. The towels are changed every 3days and the bed linen once a week. Housecleaning is carried out if the room is empty by 11am

Check in is between 16.00 and 22.00 and check out is until 11 am. For any alternative requirements you are asked to inform us in advance. A phone call before arrival is always welcome

We offer the possibility of hiring our bikes at the cost of 3 euros a day
Hire of a beach kit
Don't worry if you can't fit everything into your suitcase, you can hire a sun umbrella, a beach chair and 2 beach towels for 7 euros a day

The minimum period for the apartments is 3 night. Check the availability and send us your request for a quote, we'll answer within 24hours, providing you with the conditions for your booking and your stay. Then all you need to do is confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 30%of the total price of your holiday. Remember to specify if you want to take half board.
Abbiamo soggiornato da Lorella e Gianni nel mese di agosto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo...le cene poi, oltre a essere veramente gustosissime, erano anche una piacevole occasione per conversare con gli altri ospiti. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e silenziosa. Ci siamo trovati anche se cosi' lontano da casa in FAMIGLIA. Un grazie di cuore a tutti !!
Ci torneremo sicuramente!
